Opening with chopped up amens and multi-layered retro twinkling synths, ‘The Puppets’ marries dystopian melancholy and warfare angst in true Body & Soul fashion, creating a ‘rolling thunder’ aesthetic as it introduces snarling mids and crisp percussion at the drop.

Dropping the melancholic pretence of the A-side, ‘Under The Radar’ is a no holds barred tech assault: thudding snares, aggressive static atmospherics and siren drones, the B-side’s engaging sum of parts condense moving towards its guitar riff-dominated drop.
